Brief

Located in Northwest Austin, this property presented special engineering challenges to comply with the ecological concerns of the city. A special drainage system design was developed so the rain discharge would safely drain to the city aquifer system.

It was decided to take this challenge since the location of the property would provide a strategic and convenient access to the city infrastructure.
